As brokers at downtown Boston brokerage and real estate investment companies, the principals of Fairlane Properties have worked with landlords and tenants in negotiating over 200 leases. As experienced landlords, Fairlane Properties can assist owners of properties with their leasing assignments using our network of area brokers and Fairlane’s web-based marketing of properties on CoStar, Showcase, Loopnet and Craigslist. As tenant representatives, Fairlane Properties can provide tenants with assistance with renewal negotiations or relocation searches. Using the proprietary data base of CoStar, its knowledge of the local marketplace, and its network of brokers, Fairlane can assist tenants in refining their search for alternative choices or new locations. Michael Grill is a Massachusetts-licensed real estate broker and Hillary Brown is a Massachusetts-licensed real estate salesperson.
